MER Engineers is a full service structural engineering firm located in Beavercreek, Ohio. Over the years we have established relationships with commercial property managers in the Dayton area, as well as a handful of real estate professionals. During that time we have investigated hundreds of structural issues on commercial and residential structures all over southwest Ohio.
In response to client requests, MER Engineers is now expanding our services to other professionals to provide residential and commercial site visits to evaluate potential structural problems including:

Several levels of service are available:
- On-site consultation regarding a specific area of structural concern, with verbal opinion rendered on the spot.
- Preparation of a written report on our findings bearing the seal of a licensed
professional engineer.
Appointments typically are scheduled within a few days of your phone call, and if required, a letter of professional opinion can be issued within one week of your appointment.
Fees are based on our standard hourly rates and will vary depending on the level of service requested.
